Websites for Bars & Restaurants (operated by James Gregory Metzger) designs and builds one-page websites for hospitality businesses in Mallorca. These terms govern the relationship between us and you, the client.
The website build is a one-time fee of €250, payable upon approval of the design. No payment is required upfront. If you don't approve the design, you owe nothing.
After launch, hosting, domain renewal, SSL, and ongoing support is €20/month. This is billed via Stripe and can be cancelled at any time.
One round of revisions is included before payment. After the site is live and paid for, additional revisions are €25 each. Minor updates (hours, phone numbers, menu changes) are included in your monthly hosting fee.
You're responsible for providing accurate business information, including your name, contact details, services, hours, and any photos. We build the site based on what you give us. If information changes after launch, let us know and we'll update it.
We manage all technical accounts (hosting, domain, deployment) on your behalf. You don't need to log into anything. If you cancel, we transfer the domain to you — you keep your web address no matter what.
You can cancel the €20/month hosting at any time. We'll transfer your domain to you and take the site offline. There are no cancellation fees or lock-in periods.
We build websites. We're not responsible for the content you provide, your business operations, or any claims arising from your use of the website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.
A Spanish translation with language toggle can be added for an additional €75. This is optional and can be added at any time after launch.
We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
